Invoices no longer being received when emailed

I've always emailed invoices to people and it's worked fine but for the past month or so some are no longer being received

I am sorry to hear that. Can I ask if you are using the Clear Books sending email or your own domain email?

I use the email system as part of ClearBooks which seems to use my own email

Hi Richard,

This sounds like it may in fact be an issue with your own email domain settings then. I would advise checking your SMPT/SPF settings to be sure that there are no issues.
