New sales invoices start with number 21

Recently Clearbooks has been prepopulating the invoice number field with "21" instead of the next number in sequence (in this case 182557). Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Graeme,

The system is attempting to fill in a gap in the invoice sequence. In this case, you can head to Settings > Configure System > Invoice Preferences where you can set the first invoice number to start from 182557.
