Remove User - Only Original Admin can do it!?

Hi,

I've taken on the role of Treasurer at a charity who uses Clear Books for their book-keeping. I need to remove some legacy users but can't do it as I am not the original admin.

How can this be changed as the original admin has not worked for the chairty for quite some time.
