Supported Character Issue when Converting invoice to PDF

I have noted that certain characters that are not supported by Clearbook's Pdf viewer/creator. For example, the letter "č" displays fine on the invoice web page but when the invoice is viewed as a pdf shows as a "?". Can this be fixed as it doesn't look particularly professional to my customers who have this character in their name/address.
