Reverse Charges showing at 244.44%

Hi there - on two recent bills I have set up on Clearbooks my domestic reverse charges are showing on some lines correctly at 20% but one line on each bill for some reason is showing at 244.44%?

Has anyone else experienced this? I don't think I could have set anything up incorrectly but 244.44% seems a very odd figure! Any advice gratefully received!

Hi Stephen,

Can I ask if this is still happening and if so I would advise raising a ticket by emailing contact support.

Hi Mohamed thanks for your reply, no it hasn't happened since thankfully - just on those two items - I will send a ticket anyway just in case anyone else has raised it as an issue.
