Project invoices - Toggle feature

I've activated Project Invoices via Toggle Features >> Invoicing & Expenses in order to create invoices for a newly created division.

But, I'm not finding anywhere I can actually create these / upload division logo etc.

Accounting to the helpdesk article, I should be able to go Tools >> Projects, but there is no Project feature listed here, or anywhere else I can find.

Have you turned on the project feature from under settings > Configure system > Toggle features?

Thanks Mohamed, I hadn't realised there was an actual Project feature to be activated as well as the project invoicing steps.
