I have looked into this and I cannot see an issue on our end. Can I suggest trying another browser or perhaps an incognito window?

I get exactly the same result in an Incognito window, and Firefox and Edge.

Chrome is my standard browser, the tests were all with different ones.

I too am having the same problem, there has been no changes to the computer using clearbooks unless windows has updated?

I found it was my nordvpn threat blocker. Disabled and https stuff worked again.

Same cause here.

Turns out restarting the computer NorVPN Threat blocker turned itself on.
