Invalid From address

When I try and send an invoice, I get an invalid From Address error, which makes sending invoices impossible.

Hi Nick,

I have taken a look, it appears the domain has been suspended as it has past the expiry date. In this case, you will need to log in to your domain registrar and renew this to continue using this as the From email address in Clear Books.

Hi Nick,

It's the domain for the email address you have set under Settings > Organisation > Details & Tax. As for the domain renewal, this is outside of Clear Books. It would be the same place you registered it in the first place. If you didn't register it, you will need to talk to the person who did.
