Uploading RTI to HMRC

Hi team,

I have been trying to upload the final payroll to HMRC and am getting the following error:

"Starters and Leavers xxxxx xxxxxx will not be reported to HMRC as a new starter. Change this.

You have 0 leavers declared in this submission"

The employee gets is the only one who gets paid annually and have tried every combination displayed in "Change this" to get over the error.

I suspect that this is due to the starting date.

Can you help?

Hi Gary,

In this case, would you be able to submit a ticket via the Need Help button at the top right when logged into your account?
