Bank feed delay

For the last week or so I have seen a delay on my bank feed import (account is HSBC Business Banking). Transactions that occurred before the last import time are not being shown. For example, today the Bank Accounts page shows the last import time for the HSBC account as 7:31pm but none of the transactions that took place today before that time have been imported yet.

Hi Adrian,

There is usually a slight delay depending on the time it takes the bank to mark the transactions from a pending to posted state which can take up to 1-3 business days.

Thanks for your answer. HSBC must have changed their policy as the transactions used to come through straightaway.
