pop up for faster contact creation won't go away

Every time you guys turn on these pop-ups they don't work properly. I have to clear it EVERY entry because the "I got it" button only works for one entry and it's obscuring half the screen, so I can't do accounts without clearing that box constantly. This is making everything take so much longer, fix it or switch if off please!
I thought you'd have got this right after we complained about it last time. Really getting fed up with all the issues on this system now.
