Personal transactions!

Why are "Personal Transactions" showing up in Income and Expenses? Your site has me making over 130,000.00 over the last 7 months and there is NO way that I have made that. It is also showing extraordinary numbers for expenses because of the same problem. There is no way I am going to pay tax on my money 3 or 4 times! How do I reset my accounts so that it can recognize the transactions correctly. Either that or explain how a personal transaction is taxable.

Hi Linda,

Any transaction that is recorded in Clear Books will be listed in the income and expenses lists at the moment, including those marked as personal transactions. If you click on the Reports widget on the Dashboard then, click on the Profit and Loss report to see the actual profit made. Alternatively, once you connect to HMRC and you can see exactly what will be submitted if signed up to MTD.
