Incorrect Opening Balance

Hello. My Clearbooks opening balance for 1st April 25, where I want to start Clearbooks from, is massively below where it should be, I have gone to settings and put in my opening balance but it doesn't seem to change anything! I've no doubt that it's something I've done or not doing but I'm unable to correct it so far. Would appreciate any help. Ed.

Hi Ed,

I have taken a look and can see you have entered transactions from 2024. Can I confirm you have inputted all transactions from this date?

To assist you further, when logged in, could you click on the ? at the top right and send us a message and include FAO Tommy please?
