Bank Import

Is there an issue with bank statement imports?

It would seem Santander hasn't imported via Plaid since: Last import: 27 Feb 2026 14:12

It won't allow me to refresh the bank import, however the status screen shows no issues?

In this case, could you delete the feed and then re-add this from scratch please? Please let me know if the issue persists?

Thanks for the speedy reply.

I had to repeat the process 5 times before it accepted. But got there in the end.

Now I have a few days that have duplicated... what's the easiest way to identify the duplicate import as some items were already reconciled for those dates. I think the new import started from 26/2.

Hi Natalie,

No problem at all, in this case, you must head into Money > Bank import > All bank statements > Click Explain beside the Feb statement > Click on the All tab, then scroll down and review the transactions on the 26/02. For any duplicates, you must click the 'bin' icon to delete these.
