Names on time tracking page are double-encoded

E.g. my name (Zoltán Lehóczky) is shown as Zoltán Lehóczky on the time tracking page

Oh sure. Now I see that after posting what appears here is correct. So the entities are encoded to their versions with the leading ampersand, e.g. & aacute; instead of á.
