How do i find out who is at the wrong here- client have many duplicate transactions on her bank feed. Her bank statements when downloaded are absolutely correct and her online banking and transactions are fine.

When logged in, could you please click the ? icon at the top right and click Send Us a Message including the client company name please?

this is known issue they have not fixed it, clearbooks creates dup entries in their software is disgraceful this has not been fixed

Unfortunately, this is a known issue on Co-op's side. They have acknowledged the root cause and are actively working on a fix. Worth noting that fixes like this are rarely straightforward: if transactions have been behaving one way for a long time, aligning them with the correct behaviour tends to have a lot of side effects and requires significant testing on their end.
This issue appears to affect all Co-operative Bank customers rather than being specific to a software. The same issue was reported by a Sage user.
