Error

Hi

I've tried for the past couple of days to submit my quarterly to HMRC. But I always get the following error:

"This quarterly income and expenses update could not be submitted to HMRC.

Try again later or if the problem persists, please contact Clear Books support to resolve this issue."

The problem is that there are only 4 days left until the deadline and i don't know how to solve this problem. thank you

Hi Valeriu,

I have taken a look and can see this is related to an outstanding issue we have with HMRC. I have added this to the escalation case and will update you once HMRC have resolved this issue.

Also, rest assured, there are no late submission penalties this year.
