sorry we were unable to import this transaction!

I am getting a lot of error messages saying " sorry we were unable to import this transaction".

it occurs when I have to enter 2 or more payment details (received from) for a single bank transaction.

i enter all the details and then when i click to add it the message comes up.

usually it accepts when i re enter all the details again but sometimes i have to enter more than twice.

this is frustrating and a waste of my timw.

could you tell me why this is happening
