Customise Dashboard on mobile

For the past month or so, whenever I log in on mobile the Customise Dashboard dropdown appears at the top of the page (see screenshot). It won't close until I hit Save, pressing the grey arrow at the top right of the box does nothing until I've pressed Save. It doesn't happen when I log in on my laptop.
