API - 500 - Internal Server Error

Hello,
Using the API to add a Bill. The system doing this works fine and has submitted hundreds now. I have a bill that is giving an HTTP 500 Error (Internal Server Error).
No further details are thrown back from the API.
A 500 error sounds unhandled?
