About time you fixed your broken invoice download

Problem reported by James Benson 12 years ago

Clearbooks should concentrate on the bugs and stop adding new features.
If I did this with my web development business my clients would not stick around.

Please fix your broken invoice download (for the clearbooks subscription) and any remaining bugs.
Concerted effort by all your developers to resolve all problems sounds like a good idea, why add mre broken features?
Having to login to another website just to get my invoices is poor and no excuse for this not being fixed, I've used CB for nearly 2 years and it's never worked.

Hi James,

We now have a Clear Books subscription system so please switch to this. This is fully managed within the Clear Books framework and does away with having to use the Fubra Passport/Payments system. All new customers have been using this approach for several months now for exactly the reasons you highlight. We need to migrate old customers at some point.

To make sure you are on the Clear Books system just log into Clear Books with our new sign up form which will automatically create your Clear Books passport.

Then add a new card within Clear Books (Home > Subscriptions).

If you have any problems please let me know.

Thanks

Tim

Hi Tim,

Not sure I follow or this might not work as you think. I logged into CB using the form at the top instead of clicking the fubra passport button at the bottom a few weeks back but seems I'm still using the fubra system?
I do not see anywhere to add my card details on the subscription page and my user account still says fubra.

Thanks
James

Hi James,

You are right - you can't add new card details on CBs while your subscription is still active. If you email contact support with your company name we can get you switched over to the new CBs subscription system. Your invoices will then all be generated on the Clear Books system rather than Fubra.
