Import Tool for items is not working correctly

The import tool is not reading the CSV files correctly and is also creating duplicate items. The system should not allow for items with same name!

Hi Pedro,

Can you please send any files you are having trouble importing to the contact support so that we can investigate further. The system should be checking the invoice number on the sales and purchases import tool is unique to prevent duplicates.
