New User Not Receiving Invite Email

We are trying to add a user, but they are not receiving the invite email, which we think is due to clearbooks.co.uk not being recognised by Microsoft Exchange as not being spam. We have tried setting up the user using a different email address and then changing the email address, but there appears to be a problem with this functionality at the moment. Is there another way to add a new user?

Let me know which account you are inviting the new user in to and I will investigate further - or if you prefer raise a ticket with these details.
