Emails not sending

Hi there,

It seems that clearbooks is not sending any invoices or quotes. This has been going on for around 4 weeks now. Before we had no issues and we haven't changed any settings. I have resorted to downloading the invoices and sending them via my own email client but this makes it harder to track.

Is there a fix for this?

Hello Sam,

Please can you look at this screenshot.

You will need to ensure that this box is enabled for your invoices to be sent out automatically. Enable this and the emails will send by themselves upon creation.

Sorry I don't think I explained myself correctly. When I create a new invoice/quote and send it, it doesn't send, clear books doesn't warn me and it seems to send but I don't get a message, as i'm CC'd and my clients doesn't get the invoice or quote etc and I have to send them via my own email client as PDFs. I'm not interested in autosending message as reminders I just want to be able to send the fist invoice as I have been able to do for the past 2 years up untill recently?

I would really appropriate you help as it seems to be a reasonable serious fault.

Apologies for this. Could you give me an example for a company which has not been sent the invoice? It will help me in giving further guidance.

Alternatively, you can submit a ticket and we will look into it and pass it onto the development team if needed.
