Started free trial but can't add a bank account

Started free trial but can't add a bank account and the instruction images look nothing like my screen! Anyone got a better accounting package where you can get help a little faster? Been over an hour so far and can't seem to speak to anyone.

Sorry to hear you are having problems - how have you been trying to contact us?

Have you begun the Self employed invoice trial?

I phoned technical support and they told me that I should see my bank but still nothing. Frustrating.

I may cancel it now anyway. If this is the companies idea of support I think I will leave it! I'll give them until 5 today then I am off.

You'll need to be on a Together trial to be able to add bank accounts. The invoice package will only allow you to create quotes/invoices so there would be no need to keep a bank account up to date.

One of the guys has switched you to the full Together trial, so hopefully you should now be able to add bank accounts on the Money>Bank accounts menu.
