Customer Statements - credit notes

When I run customer statements it shows the net outstanding value for invoices but for credit notes it shows the original total, not net outstanding - even though some of the credit note value has been applied against invoices

Hi Andrew,

Would it be possible to let me know an example of a customer on your account so that I can escalate this to the technical team to investigate further - or alternatively send these details to contact support
