Importing Statements

We are having problems uploading our bank statements onto clear books. We used to upload csv files directly into clear books for three years or so and then allocate the payments from there. The cvs files are downloaded directly from the RBS online banking. For the last month or two it has not allowed us to upload them. Any ideas?

Hi Nicholas,

If you have previously imported a statement successfully and are having problems importing a new statement, try deleting the mapping using the guide below and then attempt a new import.
