PayPal Imports

Hi,

I've followed the PayPal import guide but it is not importing anything - can you please check why it is not doing anything?

If I manually import a PayPal list of transactions, I think I should be using the toggle credit/debit for the payment field as it is for both payments sent and received. However how do I ensure that PayPal fees are also imported? Should that be set as money out at the same time?

Sorry for the delayed response.

The PayPal fees should be automatically explained when imported using the PayPal import tool, which can be found here: http://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/integrations/paypal-import-tool-guide-2/ If this is not the case please could you create a ticket using the following guide for the above issue so this issue can be investigated further.
