Bank feed asking for subscription not working.

I have a problem with the bank feed. My current subscription is Together+.

The system is now asking me to subscribe at five pounds a month to use bank feed. This was working last week. The together plus subscription includes bank feed. Could you take a look for me please and to what the problem is. Also I used to be able to attach a file. My terms and conditions when sending email invoices/estimates. Im and now unable to open the file. System wants subscription for PDF cubed as well now.
