Sounds Good xxx Ltd wants to verify

When asked to verify email address my client is, on clicking the link, getting:

“The page you requested could not be found”.

what might be wrong?

Hi Martin,

Sorry for the delayed response.

If you could try opening the link in a private window, so that there is no cache, this should solve the issue.

If the issue persists, please could you create a ticket using the following guide for the above issue: http://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/getting-started-2/ask-support-within-clear-books/

Additionally, if required we will be able to verify and accept the clients email on their behalf.
