invoicing reset

Hi Our accounting system needed to be cleared down with invoices, we followed the reset button, set new period to start may 2014 - 15 there were still some ten or so invoices unpaid and needed them to be there for this coming year. Put in reset and now lost everything is it possible to retrieve anything even the copy invoices on emails and customer emails will not open . My backup only goes to end of May 14 we seem to have lost everything to do with invoices. Any help????

Hello Jane,

Please can you send us an email to contact support with a date in which those invoices existed.

We will be able to restore your account and then you will be able to copy those invoices.

After you have retrieved them, please repeat the reset procedure you did.
