Change of ownership

Hi somebody helped set up my account and i can not gain access to any of my settings etc. It tells me that my accountant has control of my account but this is not true nor is the case. Can somebody please tell me how i can unlock my account and gain access to my settings please as this is very frustrating.

Hi Kelly, Would it be possible for you to send this in as an email to us at contact support and include the account/business name please and we can look into this for you?
