Uploading attachments to bills not possible

I want to upload attachment to one of my bills, but the upload button is missing. I can choose a file, but not upload it due to the missing button

Hello Peter,

You should be able to email them directly to the Clear Books account.

This can be done via Settings > Organisation > Details and then click on API on the right. That will give an email for you to forward your attachments to.

When you make the bills, you will click manage attachments, the Attach button or the file icon on tables. The Upload Files button will be there when you click on the button below. You can also drag and drop your files onto the page to attach it when in the attachments view.

Yes, I know that. But while creating a bill I have the option "manage attachments" and this is not working anymore in Internet Explorer. When I use Firefox, instead of Internet Explorer, it works like before. So I think there is a platform issue

Yes, I think it maybe a browser issue in that case.

Please can you send us a ticket to contact support.

You maybe able to use Google Chrome as we tend to have the least issues on that browser.

At my workplace I have only Internet Explorer and Firefox available, and the network is closed for installing other browsers. Anyway, thanks for the help
