Should it work?

I've clicked on it various times to save submitting a ticket but nothing ever opens then at point point down the line I usually get a blank chat log emailed to me.

Checked pop-up blocker and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong there.

Your chat request has come through to us fine. It may take a few minutes for one of us from support to pick it up.

Should anything pop up this end though to say a chat is being initiated? I click the live chat button but it doesn't do anything.

I've opened your live chat request and it is appearing on my screen and the green box next to your name indicates that you're online. Is there a contacts box in the bottom right hand side of your screen?

I am having this problem too. It's quite irritating since the live chat is supposed to be an instant service.

Can I take a particular invoice off the Statement? Will appreciate if someone can help
