Account Access

Hi,

I'm struggling to access my account. I've added the card details / updated my subscription and it still won't allow access. This is causing me real issues - I've been locked out since at least last Thursday.

My card hadn't expired and I have no recollection of being notified of this disturbance in service. Can you please explain why this is necessary to such an important part of our business?

Please reinstate access to my accounts.

Hi Leah,

I have had a look into your accounts and it seems there was a problem with processing payments. Would you be able to send a message through as a ticket so we can communicate better? I would not fully be able to answer your query over our Community section.

Where do I do that?

My Profile > My tickets ? And I see no way to post a ticket.

To post a ticket to ClearBooks please click on the 'Need Help' text on the top right. From there you should be able to click on 'Send us a message' which will directly send us a support ticket.
