Account Access

Hi,
I'm struggling to access my account. I've added the card details / updated my subscription and it still won't allow access. This is causing me real issues - I've been locked out since at least last Thursday.
My card hadn't expired and I have no recollection of being notified of this disturbance in service. Can you please explain why this is necessary to such an important part of our business?
Please reinstate access to my accounts.
