Emails received from Clear Books not loading

Does anybody else have issues receiving emails from Clear Books? Mine take a long time to load if at all, sometimes I just end up with a blank email. A client has also reported exactly the same this morning.

Hi Chris

I'm away now so I'll have to check once I'm home. I've got most emails switched off so the only ones I really receive are Community notifications are confirmation recurring invoices have been posted. The Cummunity ones are always an issue, would have to check the others.

Hi Kevin, that does sound strange. Could you tell me a little more about what is happening and what type of Clear Books emails this affects, please?
