Hi Im trying to enter my purchase invoices, when I click on create it goes to a VAT page asking me to set up dates? I have logged in this morning and found that and logged in again this evening. Please could you have a look or advise me.

Would it be possible for you to create a ticket and send this message in so a support team member can access your account and checking this for you? I have had a look at an account linked to your name however just in case it is for a different one, you can tell us this through the ticket. Alternatively I could create a ticket on your behalf if you would let me know the business this is occurring for?
Also, the reason I am asking for a ticket is because the community section is open for all to see and would not want any private information revealed here.
