Open Payroll Subscription

Hi

I recently took my wife on as an employee, and although I only need a basic payroll option for one extra employee, I was tempted with the promise of to "Save Money with the Open Payroll + Staff Room" bundle.

I did wonder why it was cheaper to have the bundle package at £2 per employee than each of the individual packages at £2 per employee, and maybe I didn't read the wording clearly enough but stating the cost as £4 per employee would certainly be much clearer and easier to understand. Perhaps the combined package shouldn't be offered unless someone chooses both individual options, or perhaps it should be offered once only as a separate option.

Anyway, I have cancelled the combined package now, and taken up a payroll only subscription.

Please can you make sure that the payroll only subscription does not start until after the current bundle package ends?

AS I suspected might happen, I have got double billed now in trying to correct the subscription. Could someone correct the bilings etc please?

Its the Open Payroll and Staff Room billing for GaleForce Technology Ltd, invoices INV154780 and INV155897 that need looking at.

I didn't want the package bundle if it works out more expensive than just the 2 person payroll option.
