Update subscription?

Hi, I haven't logged into my account since the beginning of the year, and now as I login it's asking me to update subscription details, and the lowest price is £20. I think I had a plan for £12. I didn't get any emails about a) increase in prices b) that my account is now blocked unless I update subscription? I think I should still be able to see the information, maybe without being able to edit? I can't even see when the last payment was taken! Totally unclear what's going on. Is it possible to have a read-only view on the data before I decide to update subscription?? Thanks

Hello Andrey,

I have added a trial to your account so you can access it. We currently do not offer a read only account on Clear Books.

In regards to the pricing change, we sent a notification of pricing changes on the 27th of March 2014 whereby the pricing was in effect from the 1st of May 2014.

The plan that you will need to select is the £20 per month which is the Together+ plan as you are a limited company.
