Backup Hasn't Restored

Hi Clearbooks, I just uploaded a Backup exported from when I last closed my account, it was supplied to me by one of your team. I was told it would contain a full backup, but nothing has happened.

Please can you help find out what's happened.

Hi Ash,

Can you please let me know if the back up has since worked? If it hasn't please try again and wait until the next hour as these restores are done on the hour.

Also, this tool was recently fixed and this restore may have coincided with the update.

If you still experience issues, please let me know.
