I'm trying to import bank statements as I usually do, for some reason the software wants to delete some transfers, seems to me a bit randomly, claiming they are duplicate when they are not. This of course results in inaccurate accounting. Please help! Thanks.

What do you mean by wants to delete? Is it when you're doing the originally import or once you're trying to explain a particular transaction?

Currently duplicated transactions on a bank import are based on the following criteria:
-Amount -Date -Description
If all three are the same then it deletes this transaction from the import.
Please can i direct your attention to this post, my colleague John Fouracre goes into more elaborate detail on how the new bank import duplication tool works, you can find it when you scroll down the post.
It lets you know what the duplicated transactions are and how to proceed with them. I hope that this is helpful, please let me know if you require any further assistance.
