Can't update subscription

Since the beginning of the year I have had a couple of occasions where I go to log in and get a message that my account has expired and to manage my subscription. I suspect this is because the card that was used to pay the monthly subscription expired at the end of December and I have a new card but I can't find anywhere to set up the new card details. When I go to Update Subscription it is blank.

Hi Barry,

I believe that your suspicions are correct. Looking at your subscriptions, I think the failings start around the time that the card expired. As you are on a Fubra subscription, you will have to login via your Fubra passport and update your card details there rather than via the Clear Books site. Please let me know if you would like any further assistance doing this.

OK, thanks. I've done that now.

Yep, that all looks good to me. It's all working and should give that notification again.
