And how do I choose what type of email I want to send out when clicking on the email icon

I produce an invoice, want to email it out, so click on "email", but it opens up in the "reminder" email template. How do I make it open in the correct template? Or any other email template I may need to send the invoice with?

Hi Arni,

The template will update automatically based on the number of days the invoice is due/over due for payment. There is currently no option to select a particular template to use, however this would be a great addition for future.

You can always just edit the email on an adhoc basis by editing the text in the message box:
