How do i delete a invoice???
Hi I checked through and can see that I need to hit the void button- I used to be able to see it but cannot now- has it moved? I really need to delete this invoice so I can send the statement for payment to our customer- I raised it as a NIL amount Thanks.
It only applies to zero valued invoices, any other paid invoice should still give the option to void it.

The void button should still appear once you've click on the invoice ID. If you let me know which invoice you are trying to delete, I can look into this if you would like me to?
You will need to mark the invoice as unpaid before you can void it. To do this, there will be a mark unpaid option on the bottom right hand side of the page that you will need to select.
Thanks- that's new isn't it? Dont remember having to-do that before? Can this invoice be removed for data protection reasons so that everyone cannot see their details on screen please? Thanks again
