How do I edit the text in the auto invoice reminders?

The invoice reminders are lovely - and auto prompt my customers in time - but how do I edit the standard text ( which is a bit concise for me :-) )

Sales > Emails > Templates

I've edited all of mine too. The 'details' one in particular is a tad OTT out of the box.
