VAT Return Suibmission

Can anyone help, I thought there was a way to enter your credentials to submit VAT on line. This seems not to be the case for us personally. I have another client on CBs who has no problem it just submits but our own return doesn't and I cant see anywhere to put our details in. No point in coming back with the old have you registered CBs as an agent because I thought that had been scrapped because its not viable. I need to submit my returns under my own agent number, and under the individual numbers for some companies who do not wish to have an agent submission.
