is there an easier way to pay multiple invoices to the same supplier rather than going into each invoice individually and paying them that way?
if there is this would be a godsend!

Thanks for posting on Community.
When you select the name of the supplier on the explain screen the system will automatically bring up all the unpaid bills for that contact. It will also distribute the amount between the bills - you can edit this if you wish. next to each amount you wish to pay off, please press add transaction. Then, once you have done this press the add transaction button at the bottom. This is the quickest way to pay off multiple bills from a supplier from a single payment.
