Can anyone help with editing an invoice Theme

I have spent all day trying to make sense of invoice themes again!

The PDF Invoice does not look like the preview of my theme Invoice, please see below.

How can I get the line spacing of the my address and the address of my customer to match the line spacing of the Invoice Date /Due Date etc on the right hand side?

please help.

I noticed that we hadn't got back to you so thought I would drop you a quick message to see if you were able to resolve your invoice theme issue or if there were still problems?
