Multi-site customer

Hi, I trade with a business with multiple sites, but with a single head office/finance team where the invoices go. I want to show each site separately but I would also like to be able to generate a statement for the head office that includes all the invoices for sites that they are responsible.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi Richard,

I think the best thing for you to do would be to use the Projects tool. This will allow you to assign invoices and bills to a particular division or site and will then enable you to produce reports specific to that division or site as well as an over all one for the company as a whole.

To enable this please go to Settings > Organisation > Toggle Features and tick on the Projects option.

You may also wish to activate Project Invoices as this feature will allow you to use different logos and addresses for your projects. This can be activated by heading to Settings > Organisation > Toggle Features > Invoicing and Expenses.
